Our Unity is Our Strength

Our team is comprised of individual experts who come together for a common goal; setting our clients up for success. We purposefully set aside time each quarter to have fun while cultivating teambuilding. Whether we’re playing trivia during virtual happy hour, or learning about our different personality profiles, or helping each other climb a wall during our Summer Summit, we intentionally cultivate strength within the team.

The definition of synergy is, “The cooperation to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.” Our Core Values draw us together and keep us together, or as Henry Ford said, “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” Synergy’s Core Values are the pulse of the company culture from hiring, to monthly team member evaluations, to quarterly State of the Company meetings.
